Phoenix, Arizona — (CNN) “Truman’s Trammel” has signed a new deal with “Trulia” to sell a home on the outskirts of downtown Phoenix for $2 million.
Trulia confirmed the sale to CNN, and the deal was finalized Thursday.
The Trumps are the latest family to be scooped by “Trumans” new home, a home located in the heart of downtown.
They are among the first in Trumans history to have a home sell for less than $1 million.
“Truman” had previously purchased a home in downtown Phoenix, according to Trulia.
It had sold for $1.2 million, and a second home sold for less $700,000.
Truman previously had homes on the River Walk in downtown Los Angeles, as well as a home near the Arizona State University campus in Tempe.
They also owned a home nearby on a lake in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The home was a one-bedroom, four-bedroom home.
It is not known whether the Trumps will be buying the house.
The Trumases bought the home in 2008, after buying a home at the former Phoenix Phoenix Airport.
The “Trumps” are also one of the first families to be spotted at a house sale in Phoenix.
A “Trumblers” home sale is scheduled for May.
