A house in Phoenix, Arizona has been auctioned off on Craigslist and its buyer’s family has put up an ad to buy it.
The seller, who went by the name “Tanya” on the ad, bought the house in 2014 and had planned to retire it in 2018.
The house was listed at $2.4 million.
It had a listed price of $1.1 million, but it now sells for $1,095,000.
Tanya posted the ad on Craigslist to find a house to buy.
The family says they will be moving out in September 2018, so they want to be able to buy the house.
“The house has been in my family for 30 years and it was a good asset for me, it’s a nice house with lots of history and history in the community,” the seller wrote on the Craigslist ad.
The seller said they would be moving from Phoenix to Orlando, Florida and would have to pay $600,000 to the city to buy their house.
The buyer is also paying $400,000 for the home.
The auction ended on October 31st and the seller is asking $1 million for the house and $1 to $1m for the buyer.
The sellers family told The Huffington Post that the auction is being held “in a private ceremony with the intent of making a significant investment for the future.”
The buyer’s parents are also expected to be there to attend the auction.
The home has been on the market since 2014 and was sold for $2,405,000 on May 4, 2018.
